Black Widow Solitaire is to arrange the complete deck from K to A so that it is of the same suit, until there are no single cards, then you will win.
When you start a game of Black Widow Solitaire, you will face a board with many columns of cards, where the cards are turned up and turned down. You will only be allowed to move the card on top without being blocked by any other card, just like when you play Tri Peaks Solitaire. On that board, each of your moves is a step in the journey to decipher the maze, opening up potential winning opportunities.
You can move a single card or a descending sequence of cards like 10-9-8, without requiring the same color. The only rule to follow is that the sequence must be in descending order: that is, the card being moved must be placed exactly one rank above the card above it (e.g., 7 on 8, 6 on 7, etc.).
When you first start Black Widow Solitaire, the board seems to have room to breathe. Cards move into place one by one, and you feel like you have control. In the upper left corner, the card pool is silently present, a reminder that the current order is temporary.
Every time you click on the pool, new cards will fall into all the columns, disrupting the plans that have just been formed. The maze of cards on the board immediately becomes chaotic, making each subsequent move exponentially more difficult.
Every move must be carefully considered whether to risk opening more cards to find new opportunities, or continue to try to arrange with limited resources?. A series of cards in the wrong color, a card out of order, all can lead to a deadlock with no way out. If you do not have a strategy to play later, you will be deceived, you even do not know which move to make, if you play randomly, you will quickly be pushed to the end and lose immediately.
When you successfully arrange the cards in the correct order from King to Ace of the same color, the sequence will automatically disappear from the table, bringing a feeling of absolute relief and satisfaction.
Every time a complete sequence disappears, you not only feel the progress in the game but also feel like you have overcome a great challenge. A streak of cards disappearing means you have mapped out a right direction, a smart strategy.
